Black or brown colt by KEMPINSKY from PERMAI

Lovely, good walking colt … a real athlete who I believe will develop into a truly stunning type as he

matures. A Group Two winner and runnerup in the Victoria Derby, Kempinsky has all the attributes

to make a top sire : he’s by the immortal Danehill and a full brother to successful sire, Viking Ruler.

What’s more, this pedigree works ...the colt’s three quarter sister, by another Danehill stallion in

Danzero, is the multiple stakeswinner Permaiscuous, while his stakeswinning dam, Permai, won

10 races and has produced 3 winners. You’d have to think that this colt will be number 4!

Brown Colt by BEL ESPRIT from CURVACEOUS MISS

Bel Esprit has stamped his yearlings with his looks and conformation and this fellow is no

different. This lovely colt has a pedigree that combines speed and stamina: his dam is by

Anabaa and is out of an Oaks winner with links back to a strong New Zealand family that

includes horses such as Uncle Remus, Cossack Warrior and Cossack Prince.

The combination of speed and stamina are sure to attract many inspections.

Victory Park Syndications had a great night out watching their first runner go around at Moonee Valley night racing since forming the syndicate.  Headshrinker, trained by Mick Price ran in the 2yo maiden over 1000 meters. Prior to the race, Headshrinker (Falvelon-Crazy As), thought that the mounting was quite literally 'The Mounting Yard' and thus didn't quite have his mind where it should have been.  He jumped well but got a bit lost in the running and only managed to beat a couple home - that's racing!  He was promptly delivered back to us at Victory Park the next morning and an appointment was made with the vet to geld him.

Headshrinker will now have a short spell and return to racing a few stone lighter...
